For scheduling a massage of a patient under the age of 18: Minors are permitted to receive massages in our facility with parental or legal guardian consent. If you are wanting to schedule a massage on behalf of a minor, please read the guidelines outlined in our minor consent and intake paperwork. Depending on the age of the patient, a parent or guardian may be required to be present in our facility during their minor's therapy session.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation with less than 24-hour notice, the client will be charged half the price of the booked massage with the credit or debit card on file. This cancellation fee is used to compensate the massage therapist for lost time. To reserve your massage, we will need to get an up-to-date payment type on file if we do not have one on record already.
