Cady, CMT

Cady graduated High School from Rosemount. After graduation, it took her a few months to decide on a career path that would fit with what she wanted to do in life, which was help people! Cady always thought she’d end up being a Physical Therapist because she went through a program herself after a dance injury. However, the field of massage called. Cady knows that massage isn’t just a way to “pamper” yourself. It is a way for her to help teach clients just how muscle tightness can affect your daily life from lack of range of motion to continuous migraines and so much more!

In the spring of 2013, Cady graduated from Aveda Institute Minneapolis as a Certified Massage Therapist. She specializes in rehabilitation, sports, and deep tissue massages. It’s been an amazing career choice that’s opened many doors for Cady and brought many amazing clients into her life! It’s also given her the freedom to take days to enjoy time with her friends and family, camping/boating, and seeing music festivals.
